Field Service Engineer (m / f / d)

Your tasks :

• Taking over the installation of new systems and maintenance, servicing and repair of Mühlbauer production machines at our customers' sites in Guatemala
• As part of the service activities, you will be travelling inside Guatemala for short to medium-term service trips
• During the training and acceptance of new systems, you may have to spend time abroad and must be willing to travel
• The preparation of daily status reports and weekly service reports to the service management are part of your tasks
• Carrying out customer training on site and also providing the right advice to customers and customer operators
• Performing preventive maintenance, analysing faults and carrying out troubleshooting in collaboration with the customer and the internal R&D teams
