IT Support Technician – Zone 13 Guatemala

Requirements :
- 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support
- Availability to work outside regular hours when required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent presentation and verbal / written communication skills
- Must pass toxicology and background checks
- Knowledge of software installation, hardware repair, networking, and office automation
