The Job

Responsibilities

  • Work within the Saber system to issue tickets quickly and accurately.
  • Use our ticketing portal to process and complete ticket requests efficiently.
  • Monitor and respond to calls from airlines as needed.
  • Collaborate with our 24-hour on-call team to ensure uninterrupted service.

    Requirements

  • Proficiency in Saber is required.
  • Ability to issue tickets within 30 seconds .
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Availability on Sundays (non-negotiable), with potential for additional hours based on business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role with a track record of fast and accurate ticketing .
  • Ability to adapt to changing scenarios and solve issues independently.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
