The Job

What You’ll Own

As a Remote IT Specialist , you will be the go-to person for technical support, troubleshooting, and account management , ensuring our clients experience seamless communication solutions .

Support & Troubleshooting

  • Manage incoming support calls and tickets , resolving or escalating issues when needed.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for eFax issues, including :
  • Sending test faxes to confirm functionality.
  • Working with IT teams to locate missing eFaxes or emails .
  • Checking fax queues and resolving delivery issues .
  • eFax Account Management

  • Monitor and respond to tickets related to eFax setup, modifications, and cancellations .
  • Set up new eFax numbers and accounts for customers.
  • Adjust sender and recipient permissions , ensuring only authorized users can send and receive faxes.
  • Notify the billing department of any account changes.
  • Customer Support & Communication

  • Speak clearly and professionally while assisting customers with technical issues.
  • Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while providing solutions.
  • Document solutions and keep detailed records of support interactions.
