Key Responsibilities :

Act as team mentor for development and delivery practices
Develop new features, visualizations and analytics using secure, ATDD practices
Coordinate technical release activities
Act as “point” on team technical issues
Review, develop and maintain design documentation
Write reusable, sustainable code
Collaborate with other team members and with other tech leads on technology and process improvements
Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement process
Keep current with industry trends and technologies
Provide troubleshooting support

Required Skills, Qualifications and Competencies

Solid software development fundamentals

Proven track record of delivering projects

Ability to design and write testable code

Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical people

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in both Java or Python

Demonstrated Understanding of databases, storage technologies and SQL

Desire and ability to adapt to changing priorities, new challenges and different technologies

8+ years of experience

Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science
