Project Estimator (Remote)

Descripción del puesto : For U.S. company, we are looking for a Project Estimator in charge of : -Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.-Utilize Buildertrend and ConX software to estimate the scope and cost of ADU builds in Southern California.-Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.-Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure accurate estimations.-Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bid submissions.Ofrecen : Salary : $1100 to $1500Independent contractorRemote from 8 : 00 - 5 : 00 PSTWe strive to create a fun, welcoming, and exciting working environment where team members can grow both personally and professionally, whether they work in the field or remotely.Requisitos : University studies in construction management, administration, engineering or a related discipline1-3 years of experiencie in relevant rolePreferably in the residential construction industryExperience working with estimation software like Buildertrend or ConX.Time management and habiliti to meet deadlines, problem-solving skills, ability to organize and maintain accurate documentation and attention to detail.
